THE LOCATION, FOOD AND STAFF WERE GREAT!!!

ROOM 565 HAD WATER STAINS AND MOLD THAT HAD BEEN PAINTED OVER AROUND THE A/C VENT... THUS I HAD A HARD TIME BREATHING AT TIMES... I COULDN'T CHANGE ROOMS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THE HOTEL WAS AT FULL OCCUPANCY :( :( :(

The hotel location is excellent, walking distances to many restaurants and malls. The staff was very nice kind and nice, the room was spacious and clean. I had breakfast and lunch at the ginger restaurant and the food was delicious and there was a wide variety of choices.

The gaps in the bathroom door may not be sealed properly, sometimes leading to leaks. The interior decoration is a bit outdated but overall, I think the hotel is very nice and I would come again next time.

We booked the twin room, and the hotel told us it will be allocated based on availability, that was a little strange as I was travelling with my adult son. In the end, the hotel gave us the room as requested with an upgrade. That was a nice gesture. The service staff were awesome as usual. Always accommodating.Oh yes! There's a wonderful bar in the hotel, Beer Republic. There's an excellent selection of draft beer. I would travel just to drink at this bar.

Its really central and you don't even have to leave the area if shopping is your thing. The jam is a monster though, coming from the airport and waiting for your grab can be a wild experience. It took 30 mins for our grab driver to even reach the pick up point.

The room was clean and spacious, the service and food very good.

Beautiful property and in the center of it all- close to central world for fireworks. Great breakfast and kind staff except for my room issue.

Our bathroom had a terrible smell of mold and mildew. Informed the staff but no reply until the evening after I checked out. That was disappointing in the least. The shower door also did not close so water would poor into the bathroom floor.

Great rooms, great location, nice relaxed atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant areas, helpful and friendly staff. Staff upgraded us to a premium room without asking which was a very nice gesture.

Wardrobe door in my room was stuck and would not close. This meant the wardrobe light stayed on all night which was a bit annoying.

I could hear all the traffic from the room, also the doors closing forcefully from the room. So not very sound proof. It wasn’t too bad while sleeping though

Needs to be more luxurious, increase size of rooms and bathrooms, extend the time for lunch buffet , to provide washing machines.

Location was the Best. Chit Lom BTS Train Station is adjacent to the property. Central World and other mall is at walking distance (there is a covered roof walkway to major malls under the BTS Lane). You get good price for garments from Platinum Mall, Indira Market and souvenirs from CMall. There is an awesome & vast area weekend market (saturday &sunday) known as Chatuchak Weekend Market (Get down at MO CHIT Bts station). Restaurants are near the malls area (may be 1-1.5km for indian food). For Arab Food, you can take the BTS train to NANA station and walk and arab street to have good yemani food (Petra Restaurant), Indian food (Akbar Restaurant). 2 major taxi operates in Bangkok (Grab & Bolt).. Grab is available immediately but slightly costlier than bolt. You can reach from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the central area by MRT and BTS. From Airport use train to Phaya Thai station and then take BTS to your nearest hotel location.

The location was outstanding — there’s a convenient bridge that connects many of the major malls like Central World and Siam Paragon, making it incredibly easy to get around. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Everything was amazing. Thank you!
